Boracay View Resort Team will attend this year’s Barrio Fiesta at Hounslow, London

Over 60.000 visitors are expected to attend on the worlds largest Filipino Fiesta outside the Philippines on the 17th and 18th of July at Hounslow, London.
You can find us at stall 25 approximately 25 metres away from the Philippine Embassy.

With great pleasure as we look back on the succes of last weekends Fiesta.

Out of the +/-50.000 Fiesta visitors almost 1,000 visited our stall, 70 letters of interest were filled out and 1 reservation form signed, it exceeded our expectations.

We found out that our promotion in the newspapers as well as the items broadcasted on TFC reached the UK Filipino's.

Comments that kept from visitors were Low-price, A-location, Retirement and European management.

Boracay View Resort as your retirement haven

Recently, Boracay View Resort has been approved by the PRA as one of the promising retirement haven in the country. “Considering it’s location and the magnificent view of this tropical island, this is what our fellow balikbayan and foreigner friends are looking for” said by Chairman Edgardo Aglipay during the visit of the Boracay View officials in the Head office of the PRA last December 2009. Site visit, Lot survey and Relocation of the Boracay View Resort

To be able to create a well defined master plan, considering its accuracy. The Boracay View Resort Contractors and Geodetic Engineers led by our very own Operations Head JeanPaul Van Rijn, visits the Island to do the inspection, lot survey and relocation. State of the art total station equipment was used to assure the measurement of each lot and elevation of the resort. Boracay View Resort promotion was launched June 6th, 2009, although first researches were made two years before. We plan to start our first phase development with the construction of water tanks, drainage, sewage system, roads and clubhouse after the rainy season of 2010. Final project completion is planned for 2013.

Carabao island as “the next boracay”?

Carabao Island is four kilometers north of the famous vacation island of Boracay. Carabao is 3 times the size of Boracay and has the same powdery white sand beaches, clear blue sea and natural beauty. It is relatively undeveloped compared with its neighbor. To cater the existing population of 12000 and the expected growth in tourism there is a hospital, churches and eight schools on the island. There are colorful local markets and stores to supply all needs. During the last few years some small resorts and dive schools have been established, ours is the first development of its size and scope. With the proposed international airport and sensitive development plans; Carabao Island is the ideal location for our resort. The over crowded Boracay is looking for alternative and Carabao is the promising nearest Island.

Lot survey and placement of concrete markers

The past few weeks the lot survey was completed and the engineers also finished the height and relocation survey.

Clearing of the parcel

Clearing of the parcel has started to make the height and lot survey possible. While all big threes should remain, bushes will be cleared. The survey should be completed in August.
