Site visit, Lot survey and Relocation of the Boracay View Resort |

 To be able to create a well defined master plan, considering its accuracy. The Boracay View Resort Contractors and Geodetic Engineers led by our very own Operations Head JeanPaul Van Rijn, visits the Island to do the inspection, lot survey and relocation. State of the art total station equipment was used to assure the measurement of each lot and elevation of the resort. Boracay View Resort promotion was launched June 6th, 2009, although first researches were made two years before. We plan to start our first phase development with the construction of water tanks, drainage, sewage system, roads and clubhouse after the rainy season of 2010. Final project completion is planned for 2013. |
