How does it work?

1) Email us for the latest availability list

2) Choose your lot

3) Pay P20,000 reservation fee to guarantee your lot (non-refundable)

4) Upon confirmation pay for your lot or lot & villa:

10% Down Payment in 30 days and 90% after 90 days  (ask for your 5% discount !)

20% Down Payment in 30 days* and 80% in 60, 120 or 180 months instalments

5) After full payment we transfer the title of your lot
